With a view to imparting food science and technology oriented education in Bangladesh, the Department of Agro Product Processing Technology, Jashore University of Science & Technology was established in 2015. It is my great pleasure to invite you to explore the Department of Agro Product Processing Technology, Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) online through our website. The Department is playing the key role to meet up the diversified demand of food and reduce post harvest loss of agricultural produces. The department is playing a vital role in building efficient manpower in the related field of agro product processing technology and food safety management. The Department always pushes researches for the development of quality food and nutritional aspects as per necessitate of the people in the country as well as in the global. I hope the Department will contribute through education, research and extension a lot in the food science and technology.
